Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will take calls from policy owners, agents, funeral home customers and marketers throughout the country. While most communication will be on the phone, you will also engage with customers by email, virtually, and written communication. This position requires a self-starter who enjoys providing superior service to our customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Homesteaders provides insurance products designed to fund prearranged funerals through a network of independent funeral homes located throughout the United States. REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of three years dependable customer service experience in a service related industry.
Excellent communication and phone skills a must!
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
Great interpersonal skills and the desire to add to the success of the team.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Proficiency at a basic level with Microsoft office products including Word and Excel.
LifePro knowledge a definite plus!
The desire to provide exemplary customer service!
