Job Description:

Communicate ongoing care needs & collaborate with families and care staff

Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

Assist clients with daily living activities

Meal Planning and Preparation

Light Housekeeping and Laundry; Light Housekeeping and Laundry

Ambulation and Transferring Assistance; Driving to Appointments and shopping

Bathing and Dressing Assistance

Job Requirements

At least 6-months of professional caregiving experience preferred, either in a facility setting or with a home care agency

Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license preferred

High school diploma or GED

HCA license with the State of CA and Negative TB Test Within Last 2 Years preferred
