    JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Line Cooks to join the Honest Hospitality Team. In this position, you will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for The Las Vegas Raiders & The Las Vegas Aces. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to creating an excellent experience for the Raiders & Aces. If you have a passion for creating meals that “wow,” we want to hear from you.

    SCHEDULING

    • Availability must include weekends and holidays • Hours of operation range from 4:30 AM - 10:00 PM

    COOK REQUIREMENTS • Able to follow direction from leadership and lead cooks in daily operations. • Assists the culinary team in the preparation of all recipes in a timely manner. • Accountable for the organization of all items on assigned station.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English. • Must be able to push, carry, pull, and lift to fifty pounds. • Must be comfortable working in a variety of conditions including indoors, outdoors, sun and shade heat, steam, and wet floors.

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Ability to read and execute prep lists and recipes. • Ability to keep an open and objective view. • Ability to listen effectively as well as communicate clearly. • Ability to maintain composure, focus and personal integrity. • Ability to work as a team, stay organized, multitask, and prioritize. • Must portray an outgoing personality that is warm and friendly while demonstrating enthusiasm and professionalism. • Ability to cook and speak in front of a guest.

    EDUCATION / REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States. • Possession of or ability to possess a valid state health card. • At least three years of experience in similar position. • Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standard. • A valid Food Handlers / Health Card.
