WHO WE ARE:

Honest Psychic Network is a new 800(phone-line) metaphysical service who will provide services via phone and chat to customers throughout the U.S & Canada.

We are looking for talented customer service representatives for our virtual contact center with a passion for the metaphysical and a ‘can-do’ problem-solving spirit to join our team.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Individuals who possess the ability to resourcefully solve problems

  • Knowledge and/or interest in spiritual/new age, metaphysical and/or psychic arts (do not apply if you are not comfortable with the topic)
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service and up-selling environment preferable in a call center
  • USB Headset
  • Windows or MAC PC or Laptop (no tablets)
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM

• DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Inbound Phone Calls and/or Chats from new and existing members.
  • Upselling Products and/or Services
  • Resolving Support Tickets
  • Providing Excellent (Magical) Customer Service to all members.

• SCHEDULES: PART TIME OR FULL TIME SCHEDULES (MON-FRIDAY) SCHEDULES: PART TIME OR FULL TIME SCHEDULES (MON-FRIDAY)

  • 12:00AM - 6:00AM CST
  • 6:00AM - 12:00PM CST
  • 8:00AM - 3:00PM CST
  • 12:00PM - 6:00PM CST
  • 6:00PM - 12:00AM CST

• TRAINING (VIRTUAL):

  -All trainings will be completed virtually through an online classroom setting. (Up to 3 weeks)
