With the ability to operate smoothly on the floor, associates are educated with product knowledge, they utilize proper techniques to assist customers throughout every step of the transaction process and are always positively impacting the experience of those around them!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve weekly standards
- Supports company initiatives
- Participates in team training to execute goals
- Represents the customer experience expectations in store
- Maintains compliance
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred
- Hospitality experience is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
