MVP Recruitment is working with a growing hospice organization to find an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical and leadership skills to join their team as the Hospice Clinical Director. This full-time role offers Monday through Friday hours with some Administrator-on-Call (AOC) duties and covers Northern Allegheny, Butler, and Beaver counties.

Position Highlights

The RN Clinical Director oversees a multidisciplinary team of RNs, Aides, Social Workers, and Chaplains, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating clinical operations for hospice services.
• Supporting team members through mentorship, training, and performance management.
• Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards through quality assurance initiatives.
• Collaborating with the Program Director and Hospice Physician to grow patient services.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, including 1 year of direct patient care in hospice, home health, or oncology.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in hospice or home health care preferred.
• Strong skills in symptom management, family counseling, and crisis intervention.
• Current CPR certification.
