Our fast growing Hospice Agency is looking to hire a full-time (or per-Diem) LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team!

You will be responsible for patient visits and deliver high-quality care to Hospice patients. Clinical experience is required and candidates with Hospice experience are highly desirable.

Per-Diem is a pay per visit employment.

Must be willing to see patients in Murietta/Temecula area

Responsibilities:

Provide Skilled Nursing Care in a home or facility setting

Ensure the appropriate use of meds, DME, and supplies

Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers

Participate in IDT and updating the Plan of Care

Provide our patients and families the best care possible

​Qualifications:

Valid LVN License in California

One year or more of experience in either Home Health or Hospice is preferred, but not required

Previous experience in a hospice setting is a plus

Ability to build rapport with patients

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
