Qualifications: • To be considered for the role of Hospice Nurse Case Manager in Freehold, NJ, US, a valid RN license issued by the state of New Jersey is mandatory. • The candidate must possess current certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support). • While previous experience in hospice care is preferred, it is not a strict requirement for this position. • Essential qualifications include excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of effective teamwork. • The candidate must demonstrate a commitment to delivering compassionate care to patients and their families. • Attention to detail and the ability to remain composed in stressful situations are critical attributes for this role.
