    What You'll Do

    • Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, including completing face-to-face visits, reviewing new admission medications, and prescribing regular medications (no DEA certification for controlled substances required).
    • Collaborate with Experts: Partner with physicians, contribute to the interdisciplinary team (IDT), and guide patients and families through critical decisions.
    • Master the Details: Ensure compliance with hospice criteria, write SOAP notes, and perform timely reviews—especially within the first 14 days of new admissions.
    • Work Autonomously: Enjoy the flexibility of managing your caseload independently, backed by a supportive team that has your back.
    • Serve Dallas and Fort Worth: See patients across these areas, ensuring they receive the care and dignity they deserve.
