- Collaborate with Experts: Partner with physicians, contribute to the interdisciplinary team (IDT), and guide patients and families through critical decisions.
- Master the Details: Ensure compliance with hospice criteria, write SOAP notes, and perform timely reviews—especially within the first 14 days of new admissions.

What You'll Bring
- Hospice Experience: Required, whether as an RN or NP. You must know the qualifications for face-to-face visits and how to document them.
- Licensure: Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Texas.
- Medication Knowledge: Confident in reviewing, describing, and prescribing regular medications (no Controlled Substance 2 license needed).
