Qualifications: • MUST BE AN ACTIVE RN LICENSE IN NJ • A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience is required, with a preference for backgrounds in hospice, palliative care, or related fields. • Essential to have a profound understanding of hospice philosophy and the principles of end-of-life care. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a necessity to engage effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team. • Demonstrates empathy, compassion, and sensitivity when supporting individuals and families through grief and loss. • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team, showcasing robust organizational and time-management skills. • Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records and other pertinent healthcare software applications is expected.
