Badger Hospice is looking for an RN Case Manger to join our team in the Franklin and Oak Creek area. This is a salaried position. Hours are primarily Monday to Friday 8 to 5 with limited on-call and weekends. WI nursing license and valid driver's license are required. Hospice experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right person.
