    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan targeting key decision-makers and referral sources.
    • Educational Outreach: Provide ongoing education to healthcare professionals about the company's hospice services, emphasizing the benefits to patients and families.
    • Field Engagement: Spend the majority of time in the field meeting with potential referral partners, attending industry events, and building a robust network within the healthcare community.
    • Achieve Excellence: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to unlock generous performance bonuses.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient care experience and maintain high satisfaction levels with referring partners.

    Qualifications:

    • Required: Proven experience in hospice marketing with an existing book of business in the Houston area.
    • Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to consistently generate 7 or more patient admissions per month.
    • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the hospice care industry and the Houston healthcare market.
    • Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to establish and nurture professional relationships with healthcare providers.
