Salary and Benefits

• The pay range is $55,000 – 72,000+ based on experience

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
• No Call Coverage
• Work With Patients and Families from Admission to Bereavement Care
• Develop a Plan with the Patients
• Follow Social Worker Standards of Practice
• Must be Compassionate

Requirements

• Clear and active license in the state of Idaho
• Master’s degree in social work (MSW)
• Minimum of LCSW / LMSW / LICSW
• Hospice, Palliative Care Experience Preferred
• Reliable Transportation
