    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate New Business: Build and nurture relationships with physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers to drive referrals for hospice and home health services.
    • Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for your assigned territory in Houston, targeting key decision-makers and referral sources.
    • Educational Outreach: Provide ongoing education about our services to healthcare professionals, ensuring they understand how hospice and home health can benefit their patients.
    • Daily Fieldwork: Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting with potential referral partners, attending industry events, and building a strong network within the healthcare community.
