As an Account Manager in the Rocky Mountain Territory, you'll promote their innovative therapeutic delivery system to hospitals and clinics. Leverage your sales expertise, product knowledge and account management skills to build strong relationships within hospitals and targeted physicians, dieticians, nursing, pharmacy directors, materials management and other support staff while meeting the unmet needs of these chronically ill patients.
Note: Ideally candidates should reside around Denver, Boulder area.
Professional Requirements:
-3+ years of successful hospital sales/account management experience within pharmaceutical, medical device, nutritional science and/or CF experience. Gastroenterology highly desired but not necessary.
-Effective presentation and communication skills while proactively identifying customer and patient needs and adjust accordingly.
-Ability to build rapport and credibility with physicians and key decision makers demonstrated through disease state(s) and product knowledge while targeting key market segments (hospitals, IDN's, distributors, pharmacy and materials management departments etc.).
Additional Job Information/Requirements:
-Call points include but not limited to Gastroenterologists, Registered Dieticians, General Surgeons, ICU, PICU, Oncologists, Pharmacy Directors, Directors of Materials Management, Hospitalists, various nursing staff etc.
-Understanding of formulary or VAT approval process is ideal.
-Bachelor's degree required; Biosciences or business related field is preferred.
-Candidate must pass all background, motor, drug screen investigations.
