Position: Server & Bartender Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking friendly and service-oriented individuals to join our hospitality team as Servers and Bartenders. These roles are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, in compliance with state and local laws.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas.
Process payments and operate the POS system correctly.
Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service and events.
Provide recommendations and knowledge about the menu, specials, and promotions.
Address customer concerns or special requests professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a server or bartender preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations (for bartenders).
Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
TIPS or ServSafe certification is a plus.
