    Job Summary

    Manages operational support for M1 Concourse’s Event Center and Circuit Track activities. Ensures seamless event execution by managing preparations, coordinating operational teams and enhancing guest experiences. Facilitates superior vendor management, inventory oversight, team scheduling and client relations. Maintains organizational standards for excellence, cleanliness and safety. Proactively problem-solving towards a commitment of providing excellence in hospitality. Adheres to safety protocols, assists team members and upholds a customer-centric environment. Represents M1 Concourse with the highest level of professionalism and decorum.

    Job Responsibilities

    Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and team members during events.

    Collaborates with beverage management to develop innovative beverage offerings that cater to diverse guest preferences and enhance the overall event experience.

    Collaborates with Food & Beverage Team Members to effectively facilitate ordering, inventory and reporting.

    Collaborates within the department to promote operational objectives to organizational expectations.

    Collaborates, coordinates, communicates and effectively discharges responsibilities to ensure seamless operational set-up, superior execution of events and an effective strike – includes, but is not limited to, effective interactions with operational departments, track operations, caterers and vendors.

    Continuously seeks opportunities to enhance experiences.

    Contributes to leading and motivating Hospitality Team Members including, but not limited to, emulating professional and productive behavior, setting performance expectations and providing ongoing training and development.

    Coordinates BEO process with sales and operational departments.

    Develops scheduling for Event Center Team Members.

    Ensures adequate levels of event supplies, including linens, tables, chairs and other related equipment.

    Ensures event spaces are prepared for guests, including layout adjustments, signage and lighting.

    Executes and implements policies, procedures and standards to enhance client’s satisfaction, streamline operations and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

    Facilitates regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality and maintenance of the M1’s Event Center and Circuit Track.

    Fosters a positive and collaborative work environment, promotes teamwork and excellence in guest service delivery.

    Manages day of event client relations including, but not limited to, comprehensively responding to inquiries, effective problem solving, good faith mitigation of concerns and mitigating (or escalating) complaints to ensure reasonable conclusions – all in a timely and professional manner that is compliance with organizational expectations.

    Manages operational support for M1 Concourse’s Event Center and Circuit Track activities.

    Manages relationships with caterers, food trucks, specialty beverage providers and vendors to ensure effective communication, quality service delivery and cost management to organizational expectations.

    Presents professionally and represents the M1 Concourse at the highest levels.

    Promotes a customer-centric environment to enhance overall event experience.

    Provides suggestions to leadership on enhancing (or creating) policies, procedures and standards that foster client’s satisfaction, streamline operations and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

    Remains current on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in the hospitality field.

    Reports on maintenance issues and repair needs with punctuality to the appropriate team member(s).

    Supports food and beverage operations and concession areas for public events.

    All other duties as may be required and assigned.
