Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage projects, from initial concept to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure projects adhere to design specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pluses:
- Experience in project management within the hospitality industry.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D studio MAX or similar tools.
