Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Public Relations Coordinator to support our marketing and communications efforts. This role is crucial in managing our online reputation, developing engaging collateral, and maintaining high-quality content across online travel agency (OTA) platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, passionate about the hospitality industry and have great communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Review Score Management
• Monitor and analyze guest reviews across platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google, Booking.com, Expedia, and others.
• Respond to guest reviews in a timely and professional manner, maintaining brand voice and customer service standards.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports to track sentiment trends and collaborate with operations teams to address areas for improvement.
Marketing Collateral Creation
• Develop and update sales and marketing materials including fact sheets, brochures, press kits, special promos and packages, Food and Beverage Specials, and digital content.
• Ensure all collateral is on-brand, visually appealing, and tailored to both leisure and corporate audiences.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver engaging assets for campaigns and promotional initiatives.
OTA Content Management
• Maintain accurate, compelling, and brand-consistent listings on OTA platforms.
• Optimize property descriptions, amenities, images, and promotional content to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Coordinate updates in alignment with seasonal campaigns, rate changes, and new offerings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in public relations, hospitality marketing, or related roles.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with OTA platforms and reputation management tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus, Chat GPT.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Great ability to meet deadlines.
