ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're seeking Hospitality Advisors to join Atmosfy's Advisory Board of industry experts and provide feedback and insight into Atmosfy's product roadmap.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING TO GET INSIGHT ON:

We're seeking industry expertise on AtmosfyBiz – our all-in-one SaaS solution for brands and businesses looking for hyperlocal visibility.

Atmosfy is the first hands-off social media platform built for brands & businesses. We launch your business on Atmosfy, provide engaging video content, and show you how many customers walked in the door through GPS.

We're completely hands-off for businesses, meaning that we launch your profile, add your booking links, provide video content, and match you with locals using our AI-based algorithms to ensure your content gets seen by the right people.

We act as your all-in-one social media manager, providing you with views, clicks, and customers generated.

Atmosfy shows you what's happening in your city, and with our city-based social network, we'll build you a following of locals looking for where to eat, drink, and stay.

ABOUT THE ADVISORY BOARD

• Commitment Time: Designed to be extremely lightweight and can be as little as 1-2 hours a month. The Senior Executives on our Advisory Board are all extremely busy, so we offer bespoke arrangements to ensure it aligns with your availability.
• Fully Remote: We're a remote-first company, allowing flexibility for our Employees, Consultants, and Advisors.
• Advisor Network: Our Advisory Board includes over 20 top executives in their field from companies like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and others.
• Advisor Networking: We help facilitate networking across our Advisory Network , giving you the opportunity to connect with other industry leaders.
• Compensation: Compensation plans are unique to each Individual Advisor on our Advisory Board and we can be flexible depending on your goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR INSIGHT ON:

• Scaling Partnerships: Atmosfy partners with Expedia, Capital One, Google, Foursquare and many other external platforms to create a seamless experience discovering and booking experiences in the app.
• Scaling Atmosfy's Global Footprint: We've crossed 4 million business and brands on the platform. How can we continue to deliver the next wave of value to business?
• Global Expansion: Atmosfy operates across 10,000 cities and we're looking for expertise on continued global expansion.

Experience & Expertise

• Senior-level experience (10+ years) in hospitality, hotels, resorts, travel, or F&B sectors
• Leadership roles such as VP, Director, GM, COO, or CEO in hospitality organizations
• Expertise in guest experience, operations, luxury hospitality, technology, branding, or revenue strategy
• Strong industry network and connections

Strategic Skills & Knowledge

• Experience advising hospitality businesses on growth, innovation, or service excellence
• Strong understanding of market trends, digital transformation, and customer expectations
• Ability to provide high-level strategic guidance rather than day-to-day operations.

Advisory & Board Experience (Preferred but Not Required)

• Prior experience serving on boards or advisory committees is a plus
• Comfort with a light advisory commitment (1-2 hours per month)
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive insights
