About Us: Butcher & Bee is a vegetable-driven and Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant in East Nashville, proudly serving our community since 2015. The Role: As a Host, you are the first and last impression of the Butcher & Bee experience. You’ll set the tone for our guests, greeting each person with a warm smile and ensuring a smooth flow of service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth

Manage reservations and the floor plan using our reservation system

Seat guests efficiently while ensuring even service flow for the team

Assist with takeout orders and phone inquiries

Support servers by running food, clearing/resetting tables, and providing exceptional guest service

What We’re Looking For:

2 years of restaurant experience preferred

Availability to work days, nights, weekends

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication

Ability to stay focused and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Passion for teamwork and providing a top-notch guest experience
