Job Summary

Greet and seat guests according to seating assignments. Answering the phones in a professional manner and notifying management when needed.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare menus for service.

Greet and seat guests, according to seating chart.

Answer phones with professionalism and take appropriate messages.

Work as a team member, to ensure a positive work environment.

Strive for excellence in execution of all duties assigned.

Respond to supervisor and guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a host preferred

Professional dress and attitude

Willingness to learn

Ability to work standing for a 6+ hours.
