Job Listing: Host – Corridor Z Kitchen + Cocktails

Corridor Z Kitchen + Cocktails is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Host to join our team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Seat tables efficiently and notify servers when necessary.

Maintain an updated seating chart and table count.

Assign tables to servers, including those outside of their section when needed.

Manage waitlists and reservations to ensure smooth service flow.

Communicate with the front and back-of-house teams to optimize guest experience.

Clear and clean tables to maintain a tidy dining area.

Perform daily and detailed cleaning tasks.

Polish and roll silverware to ensure table settings meet restaurant standards.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

A team-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Be able to be on your feet for multiple hours.

Availability for days, nights, and weekends.

Prior experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not required.
