    Training & development

    Greet guests upon arrival and guides them to assigned table entered in computerized reservation and seating system.

    Books and monitors reservation flow and volume, pre-assigns tables in appropriate time slots.

    Provides information regarding the restaurant, hours and menu in a calm, welcoming voice and demeanor.

    Support the servers in clearing tables and re-setting for next seating in an efficient and consistent manner.

    Assist management in providing information on the status of operations and any situations requiring attention.

    Flexible schedule availability for 3 or more meal periods: Lunch, dinner for full or part-time work status.

    Compensation from $15 per hour during training. Upon successful completion of training, $12.75 per hour plus share of tip pool.
