Job Summary

We are seeking a Host/Hostess to join the team at our thriving Winery. In this role, you will welcome guests, lead them to Wine Club Lounge/Patio area, and inform them of any specials. Your goal is to quickly build rapport with Wine Club Members and make them feel welcome. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and committed to providing an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a smile and inform them of policies

Direct members to Wine Club Bar

Provide guests with menus and inform them of any available specials

Assist Wine Club Servers as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience as a host/hostess, server, or busser is preferred

Friendly and outgoing personality

Excellent communication skills

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying wine

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
