    Responsibilities:

    Opens door for guests arriving and departing.

    Greets (both arriving and departing) and seats all guests in a friendly manner and assists in maintaining the overall guest flow of the restaurant.

    Accommodates any special needs of guests, i.e., boosters, highchairs, disabilities.

    Manages the Wait List when the restaurant is full.

    Provides guest assistance to servers as needed.

    Maintains a clean and organized work area and completes cleaning as assigned

    Fills out the feature board and inflates balloons.

    Ensuring all food for guests and TOGO’s are completed in a timely manner and delivered to tables within expected ticket times

    Ensure that orders are being cooked in a timely manner

    Ensure that orders are ready and not sitting in the window for an extended period

    Ensure that food is plated properly and matches the description of the order

    Ensure quick delivery of food using all available staff including yourself

    Performing proper procedures when bagging TOGO orders ensuring accuracy

    Keeping expo area clean and well-stocked during shift.

    Also responsible for performing the following tasks when slow I.E. rolling silverware, bussing tables etc.

    Requirements:

    Reading, writing and verbal communication skills are required.

    Mobility is required during the entire shift.

    Transports and carries objects (such as high-chair) up to 15 pounds

    Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor, and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.
