Responsibilities:
Greet Guests
Utilizing wait list and advise of realistic wait times
Menu knowledge and making suggestions while guests wait
Accompanying guests to their seat
Answer phones and handle guest concerns
Assist restaurant with any needs they have
Qualifications:
· 2+years customer service experience
· Ability to multi-task
· Energetic and personable
· Willing to adapt and work in multiple areas when needed
