As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our guests’ experience. Responsibilities:

· Greet guests with a genuine smile and provide a warm welcome.

· Manage reservations, seating assignments, and guest inquiries.

· Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

· Assist in answering phone calls and making reservations.

· Maintain a neat and tidy host stand and lobby area.

· Communicate effectively with managers and servers to ensure efficient seating and service.

· Monitor dining room occupancy and adjust seating accordingly.

· Assist in maintaining cleanliness and ambiance throughout the restaurant.

· Handle guest concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Ability to stand or walk for long periods of the day and lift up to 20lbs.

· Food Handlers Certification is required.
