About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host at Maple Tree Inn. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Greet every guest and seat them at their assigned table.

Answer phone calls and take reservations.

Accept carryout orders and complete carryout transactions.

Requirements:

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
