Qualifications
Must have excellent communication skills and be very organized
Must have legible penmanship
Must have calm and warm manner
Must be able to work under pressure and unsupervised
Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
Preferred previous customer service experience in upscale setting
Previous experience as a host an asset
Must pass Food, Beverage and Service Knowledge Quizzes
Able to speak English clearly at advanced level
Able to read and write English
