Tantísimo is a Latin American farm-to-table café and restaurant in Sylvan Park. We offer a rotating seasonal menu blending Middle Tennessee’s best produce and proteins with authentic Latin American cuisine, an all-Latin American wine program, dedicated espresso program, thoughtful agave list, and Latin inspired cocktail menu.

Our café operates from 7am-2pm and our restaurant from 5pm-10pm Tuesday-Sunday. We are committed to both the guest and employee experience. Our ideal candidate thrives in a team setting, has a passion for hospitality, and the desire to grow their knowledge. While our positions can be divided into Front of House and Back of House, the guest experience is a shared responsibility for everyone who works in our house. All members of the house are a team and should expect to collaborate duties as such

Host- As the first point of contact for our guests, our hosts are critical in cultivating our guest experience. Ideal candidates have excellent communication and problem solving skills. Main duties include making reservations, seating guests, communicating with servers, and answering phones. PM and weekend AM shifts available.

Minimum 1 year experience hosting fine dining

Knowledge of reservation based software, Resy a plus

Ability to effectively communicate with guest and servers

Hourly DOE + Service Charge
