How do I make an impact on my team?
The Host serves as the guest’s first impression of service, greeting and escorting guests to their table providing excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to all guests.
Maintains seating charts and manages the order of waiting guests
Checks guest identification if necessary to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
Assists in beverage service, takes rooms service orders and inputs into POS system
Serves food and/or beverages in a friendly and professional manner
Posts payments using the point-of-service computer system
Removes dishes and glasses from tables or counters and takes them to the kitchen for washing
