Job Summary: (Weekend Availability is Must)

Manhattan Bagel is seeking a motivated and energetic Hot/Cold Grill Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality hot food items, including breakfast and lunch sandwiches, while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook hot grill items, including eggs, breakfast sandwiches, burgers, and grilled meats, according to company recipes and quality standards.

Operate the grill, flat top, oven, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Ensure food is cooked and presented correctly and in a timely manner.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, following food safety and sanitation standards.

Assist with prep work, such as slicing meats, vegetables, and portioning ingredients.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding supply needs.

Follow all safety and food handling guidelines to ensure customer health and satisfaction.

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a grill cook, line cook, or food preparation role preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
