Moro's Table, Auburn's premier fine dining restaurant is looking to hire Line Cooks to join our team.
Ideal line cook candidates will have at least 1-2 years line cook experience. This candidate should be able to grill and sauté menu items to order in a fast pace setting. This position also includes cooking fresh pasta to order along with cooking meats and fish to temp. Example: rare, medium rare, medium, ect. A hot line cook must be able to follow house recipes, preform minor butchering and prep the menu items for service. Being able to make sauces is preferred, but not a must; we will train this candidate on how we like them done. We are a growing company and there are possibilities for advancement within the team.

Job duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Salary: $16-$20 per hour
Must have weekend availability.
