    Hot Line Cook – Tsunami Sushi @ Highland Baton Rouge

    Tsunami Sushi, a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a passionate and dedicated Hot Line Cook to join our team. If you thrive in a high-energy environment, have an eye for detail, and are eager to work alongside a talented team in creating exceptional dishes, we’d love to meet you!

    Responsibilities:

    Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.

    Operate and maintain hot line equipment with care and attention to detail.

    Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety standards.

    Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain seamless service during peak hours.

    Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.

    Assist with inventory management, prep, and restocking as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience as a cook or line cook preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

    Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

    Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

    Commitment to upholding Tsunami Sushi’s standards of quality and excellence.
