    Responsibilities:

    Deliver individualized patient care plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

    Educate and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities

    Document all patient care accurately and efficiently

    Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing learning

    Provide patient-centered care with compassion, professionalism, and energy

    Qualifications:

    Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting (Required)

    Active Arkansas PTA License (or license eligible at time of hire)

    CPR Certification (Preferred)

    Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    Desire to learn, grow, and make a difference in the community
