POSITION: Account Executive/Inside Sales

LOCATION: Chandler, Arizona

TYPE: Direct Hire, Full-time

SUMMARY:

Technology platform company seeking an experienced account executive. Looking for someone who is detail-oriented and had strong communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer service calls to current clients
• Assist customers with any technical support issues as they arise
• Perform Trainings/Demos with existing customers
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to showcase our program (Leads given)
• Suggest methods to improve operations, efficiency, and customer service

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Service/Sales role
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and listening skills
• Computer proficiency, including the ability to easily navigate and toggle between multiple screens, talk and type at the same time, and troubleshoot basic computer issues
• Service-oriented, Good interpersonal and administrative skills

SCHEDULE: Reports to office in Chandler, Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

COMPENSATION

• $40,000 - $55,000 Base + Monthly Sales Commission
