We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Area Sales Manager to drive sales strategies, optimize revenue, and build lasting client relationships across multiple brands and locations. In this role, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets, managing key accounts, and ensuring that sales efforts align with our mission to elevate relationships, reputation, and returns in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: • Conduct site inspections and deliver presentations to prospective clients. • Identify, pursue, and follow up on new sales opportunities in key market segments. • Actively participate in local market sales efforts, including on-site visits, presentations, and networking events. • Represent our brand at industry events to expand business opportunities and brand visibility. • Engage with existing accounts regularly and manage ongoing sales opportunities through a CRM system. • This position requires up to 80%+ travel. Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as necessary for business. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with 2+ years in a leadership role. • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth. • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Ability to travel 80%+ of the time. Compensation: $70,000+ Bonus Eligibility
