Responsibilities: • Responsible for inventory, ordering and stocking of all wine, liquor, and beer. Maintains an inventory of glassware and promptly communicates any shortages to management. • Receive payments and settle patron checks and tabs, as well as correctly record daily sales totals in point of sale system • Mix and deliver drinks to customers including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks • Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed • Check customers age by verifying identification cards and serve alcoholic beverages to patrons per federal, state, local, and company laws and regulations Qualifications: • Previous experience working in food service is preferred • Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification • Proven customer service experience with a strong patron-focused mentality • Able to work weekends
