100% Travel Task Force. Pay is $33 Per Hour. We pay Hotel, Lodging and 2 Meals Per Day. Must have high end resort experience. Will live onsite. 12 Week Rotation.
Beverage Manager Job Duties
- The Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the beverage operations within our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards
- This role involves managing a team, coordinating with kitchen and catering staff, and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar management within a hotel or catering environment, along with a passion for training and developing staff
- Lead and manage the beverage team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards
- Oversee bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage of beverages
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience
- Develop and implement training programs for team members on food handling, beverage preparation, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all beverage areas
- Monitor beverage production processes to ensure quality control and consistency
- Plan and execute beverage services for banquets and special events, coordinating with catering teams as needed
