As a Bistro Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items while maintaining high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner items according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure timely and visually appealing food presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Work closely with the service team to provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests
Monitor inventory and assist in restocking kitchen supplies as needed
Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe work environment
Assist in menu development and contribute new ideas to enhance the dining experience
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a cook in a bistro, restaurant, or hotel kitchen is preferred
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
