Responsibilities: • Actively seek new business using marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other methods • Create and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to meet sales team goals and annual sales targets • Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons • Examine market trends to establish pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand • Recruit, train, and develop your team to serve your customers better Qualifications: • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal • Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • High diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or hospitality • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices • Prior sales and marketing experience of 5+ years, including some in a sales management role, is required
