We are looking for a driven and skilled Hotel Director of Sales to lead sales efforts at Hilton Garden Inn Gilroy. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, work to exceed revenue goals, and foster meaningful client relationships that align with our mission to raise the bar on relationships, reputation, and returns in hospitality. Responsibilities: • Lead the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market growth. • Conduct site inspections and deliver presentations to prospective clients. • Represent our brand at industry events to expand business opportunities and brand visibility. • Track and evaluate sales performance, identifying trends and adjusting strategies to maximize revenue. • Generate and follow up on sales leads across all market segments and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as necessary for business. Compensation: $85,000+ Eligibility for bonus
