    The NEW Dual brand Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton Hotel is now hiring a General Manager! This property is owned and operated by NCG Hospitality.

    The Home2 Suites and Tru is currently under construction and will be opening late fall. NCG Hospitality is a leader in the ownership, development, and operations of premier hospitality properties, recently winning 2024 Top Work Place AZ Central award.

    Located near the Coconino National Forest and Lowell Observatory, the 105,000 sq ft Home2 Suites & Tru property features a total of 204 guestrooms, an indoor pool, two outdoor patios, a gaming zone, and a bar in the shared lobby.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Team Development:

    Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team of guest service professionals.

    Provide consistent coaching and feedback to help team members grow and succeed.

    Problem Solving & Decision Making:

    Assist in creating and managing the operations plan for a new property

    Be part of conversations shaping the future of the dual brand hotel

    Operational Excellence:

    Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement the day-to-day operations of the property

    Ensure seamless collaboration with other departments to uphold the guest experience and drive operational efficiency.

    Craft the budget for the property to include sales, marketing, operations and a strategic revenue management plan.

    Safety & Compliance:

    Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to safety standards and policies.

    Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company, brand, and regulatory guidelines.

    What we are looking for

    College degree or at least five years of related work experience in business management, hospitality or related field

    Previous General Manager experience preferred

    Hilton brand experience

    Strong leadership qualities

    Strong customer service skills to include problem-solving and complaint resolution

    Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills

    Strong attention to detail and organized

    Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

    Reliability and honesty
