Responsibilities: • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed • Conduct preventive maintenance on all guest rooms • Respond to job orders in a quick manner Qualifications: • Over 2 years of maintenance experience • Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests Compensation: $16 hourly
