We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities: • Greet guests and patrons to find out their room needs as well as the reason for their visit and manage the registration process • Answer queries regarding the hotel’s services, charges, dining facilities, sports facilities, and travel directions • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately • Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift • Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls Qualifications: • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. • Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Compensation: $14 - $14.50 hourly
