We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities: • Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately • Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups • Contact housekeeping and/or maintenance departments when a problem is reported and perform basic maintenance so as to minimize out of order rooms • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions. Qualifications: • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Compensation: $17 - $18 hourly
