Prior Marriott experience preferred. Responsibilities: • Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests • Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests • Mitigate customer complaints as needed • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information • General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date • Inform guests about the hotel’s facilities, policies, and procedures. • Possess a positive and upbeat personality and desire to deliver outstanding service to our guests. Qualifications: • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • Prior FOSSE experience is a plus Compensation: $14.75 - $16 hourly
