    We’re hiring Front Desk and Night Audit team members at the Holiday Inn Express Vermilion in Vermilion, OH, with pay starting at $12-$14 per hour. Shifts are 7 a.m. - 3 p.m., 3 p.m. - 11 p.m., and Night Audit from 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. While you’ll be interviewed for specific shifts, we value team members who can cover both day shifts when needed. Night Audit is dedicated to overnight. You’ll handle guest check-ins and check-outs, resolve any issues, and ensure smooth operations. If you’re dependable and great with people, we’d love to have you on board! Responsibilities: As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be a key part of delivering a great guest experience. Your role includes: • Welcoming guests and handling smooth check-ins and check-outs • Answering calls and providing excellent customer service • Managing reservations and ensuring everything runs accurately • Keeping things organized during busy check-in times • Processing payments and keeping guest info accurate • Addressing guest feedback and updating management • Creating a welcoming environment for guests from start to finish • Handling cash and verifying payments We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, dependable, and great with people. Qualifications: • At least one year of experience in hospitality, specifically at the Front Desk • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer systems • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, able to connect with guests from all backgrounds • Experience with hotel management software (e.g., OPERA) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays • High school diploma or equivalent (certification in hospitality or hotel management is a plus) • Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations • Basic knowledge of local attractions to help guests with recommendations Compensation: $12 - $14 hourly
