The Great Hotel to work for future growth, flexibility in work hours, Responsibilities: • Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service. • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently. • Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally. • Maintain accurate records and update the property management system. • Assist guests with information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. • Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed. • Process payments, issue invoices, and handle cash or credit card transactions securely. • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requirements. Qualifications: • Previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS). • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high-pressure situations. • A professional and friendly demeanor with attention to detail. • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Fluency in multiple languages. • Knowledge of local attractions and Compensation: $11 - $14 hourly
